Description:

Zamfara State is situated in the north western part of Nigeria. Zamfara State is mainly populated by Hausa people, with some members of Gwari, Kamuku, Kambari, Dukawa, Bussawa and Zabarma ethnic groups.

The occupation of the people of Zamfara State is mainly farming. Agricultural crops in Zamfara State include guinea corn, maize, millet, cotton, groundnuts and beans.
